For Lira Dema, the parent chooses Besa Gashi, Monday 19 October 2026, and the window 10:00–11:00. They write: “Hello, I would like to talk about progress in mathematics.” The request stays pending.

Parent portal
A parent signs in with their own account and follows the child the school has linked. They do not see the whole class or another student’s records.
A parent sees the grades the school has published and the linked child’s progress.
The child’s absences, the excuse a parent submits, and the status after the school reviews it.
Messages to a teacher who is eligible for that child.
A meeting request and the confirmed time, inside the portal.
Access stays with the authorized link between a parent and a child. When more than one child is linked, the parent switches between them. School information is not public.

One published assessment is a result shared with the student and parent. The official class register stays with the school and is not the same step as a single grade.

In collaboration with the Municipality of Vushtrri and Gjimnazi “Eqrem Çabej”, we are shaping Kavon around the daily work of schools.
Work with the Municipality of Vushtrri and the first partner school is the start. The aim is to reach other public schools and municipalities in Kosovo. This is an invitation to talk, not a map of a completed rollout.
